From the very first moments of this book, I was completely hooked by the story of Lindsey and Gabe -- two highly competitive people with a lot of real world issues at stake. They push each other, they support each other, and they are drawn to each other in very believable, relatable ways. And when things get heated between them, things get REALLY heated between them. What I loved most was that each encounter -- sexual or otherwise -- moved the story forward. There was never a scene that felt tacked on or gratuitous. Everything drove their story and pushed them together or drove them apart. It was such a well-told tale, I ended up reading the book in one long session because I simply could not put it down.

And, even more stunning, I've read that this is Ms. Bradley's first book! Well, it certainly won't be the last book of hers that I'll read -- I'm a fan for life!

This book kept me breathlessly turning pages. (Okay, I actually breathlessly hit the forward arrow on my … but that doesn't sound as poetic, does it?)

In Gabe Schraeder, Bradley has created my favorite kind of hero sexy, a little haunted and a lot irreverent. He's strong when necessary, pushy when he has to be and wounded enough to make things interesting.

This story was enjoyable from start to finish, and it was so easy to read that reminded me of the days when I had time to devour a book in one sitting.

I look forward to reading more from Caroline Bradley.
A fun read. Loved the two main characters--both gym teachers, dealing with life among teenagers. Loved the way the relationship developed between them.

A fun, hot read for a cold winter night. The story of Gabe and Lindsey is full of realistic bumps and lots of romance. Well-written and steamy, you'll read this cover to cover and not want to stop.
Great way to spend a reading day. So, I thought Gabe was kind of a jerk at first - definitely not smooth around the edges, but then you find out why he acted the way he did and all is right in the world. Lindsey was a great combination of strength, pride, vulnerability, emotions, and humor, and I was rooting for her all the way to the finish line.
I usually shy away from erotic romances, but the blurb on the back of this book drew me in and I couldn't resist. Thankfully, the steamy parts were well-written and did not make me cringe or skip ahead. I read 90% of the story in two days because I so enjoyed the heated competition between the hero and heroine and kept telling myself "just one more scene, then I'll get some sleep." Well done, Caroline Bradley!
Caroline Bradley knocked this one out of the park! Lindsey and Gabe's sexual attraction jump off the page, and Ms. Bradley does a wonderful job showing us the unique, human sides of her heroine and hero that make them very real and likable. Oh, and can I just say WOW - the sex scenes in this book are HAWT!!! This book is fun, tres sexy, and extremely well written. If you're looking for a story that'll give you a well-deserved escape, with love scenes that pack a ton of heat, grab Heated Competition. You'll love it!
